LeHawk Bookkeeping Services ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and how we use and protect it.

When you contact us — through a quote form, email, or phone — we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and whatever details you share about your bookkeeping needs. Client financial records. If you hire us, you will share business financial records with us (for example, bank and credit card statements, receipts, invoices, and access to your QuickBooks Online account). We treat this information as strictly confidential and use it only to perform the bookkeeping services you hired us for. Website usage information. Our site is hosted on Wix, which automatically collects standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, and may use cookies to keep the site working properly.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

Your financial records are the heart of your business, and we treat them that way. Client records are accessed only as needed to do the work, are never sold or shared for marketing, and are stored using the security measures built into the professional tools we use (including QuickBooks Online). We do not share your information with third parties except: - Service providers that help us operate (such as our website host, Wix, and QuickBooks Online), who are bound by their own privacy obligations - When required by law, court order, or legal process

YOUR RIGHTS

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we are legally required to keep). Email your request to lehawkbookkeeping@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

DATA RETENTION We keep client records for as long as you are a client and for seven years afterward, in line with standard recordkeeping practices, unless you request earlier deletion where the law allows it.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will always show the current version.
